- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in November 2018 and October 2019, in the course of a General Medical Council (GMC) fitness to practise investigation, Dr Munuswamy Vaiyapuri signed and/or submitted correspondence to the GMC responding to the investigation concerns against him which had not been prepared by him.
It is further alleged that between February and March 2019 Dr Munuswamy Vaiyapuri included information in his annual Appraisal Declaration which was untrue and in December 2019 signed a backdated declaration for Professional Aesthetics UK which contained information which was untrue.
It is alleged that Dr Munuswamy Vaiyapuri’s actions were dishonest.
