The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that during a prostate examination on Patient A, Dr Khan undertook actions which were not clinically indicated and inappropriately continued with the examination despite Patient A asking him to stop.
It is further alleged that Dr Khan’s conduct was sexually motivated.
