The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in or around April 2020, Dr Khalil agreed to help Dr Kabir Choudhury cheat in his Year 4 MBChB exam resit, and used screen mirroring and wireless headphones to supply him with answers to the exam questions. It is alleged that Dr Khalil’s actions were dishonest.
