The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 11 August 2022, at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court, Dr Ogunjembola was convicted of driving without valid third-party insurance and ordered to pay a fine of £660.00 and disqualified from driving until test passed. It is alleged that Dr Ogunjembola failed to inform the GMC without delay of his conviction.
It is further alleged that Dr Ogunjembola failed to declare relevant information in job applications, including his conviction and investigations by his employer and the GMC, and failed to provide accurate details of his current and previous employment when completing a Work Details Form for the GMC. It is alleged that Dr Ogunjembola’s actions were dishonest.
