Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, during the period August 2021 to May 2023, Dr Skevofylax performed surgical procedures on three patients and failed to provide good clinical care. It is alleged that Dr Skevofylax’s failures related variously to surgical technique, pain relief, informed consent, signed consent, safety-netting, appropriate follow up and review, aftercare and record-keeping.

It is further alleged that Dr Skevofylax performed one procedure whilst suspended from the Medical Register and without holding the required registration with the Care Quality Commission. It is alleged that Dr Skevofylax’s actions were dishonest.
