- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in 2020, Dr Ahmad behaved inappropriately towards Ms A and that his actions constituted sexual harassment, were sexually motivated, were an abuse of his more senior position and were undertaken without Ms A’s consent.
It is further alleged that in June 2020, Dr Ahmad signed an extension to his contract and failed to disclose that he had been arrested for a criminal offence. It is alleged that his actions were dishonest.
