- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in June 2021, Dr Fourie underwent an assessment of his professional performance which found a number of areas which were unacceptable or a cause for concern. It is alleged that, following an investigation into his fitness to practise, Dr Fourie signed GMC undertakings.
It is further alleged that between December 2023 and June 2024, whilst applying for a post at Western Health and Social Care Trust, Dr Fourie was dishonest in relation to his performance assessment and undertakings.
