Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that between 2017 to 2018, Dr Whiteley failed to provide good clinical care to seven patients.

It is further alleged that on 31 December 2024, at Worthing Magistrates Court, Dr Whiteley was convicted of fraud and theft and was subsequently sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for nine months and 200 hours of unpaid work.

We expect parts of this case to be heard in private.
