Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal found that in advance of his Annual Review of Competency Progression Panel on 24 May 2023, Dr Peters completed and submitted his surgical training logbook in which he had falsely recorded his role and involvement in surgical procedures.

The tribunal will reconvene to determine whether his fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.
