The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, during the period March 2016 to May 2024, whilst employed under a full-time contract at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital (LHCH), Dr Naffati worked multiple paid shifts at other hospitals. It is alleged that Dr Naffati failed to declare and seek permission from LHCH to undertake external employment and that his conduct was dishonest.
