- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 11 July 2022, whilst employed by NHS Grampian (Grampian) as a Specialty Registrar in Geriatric Medicine, Dr Hasan cancelled a locum shift shortly before he was due to start and on 12 September 2023 and 17 November 2023 took unauthorised leave. It is alleged that Dr Hasan’s conduct was inappropriate and/or unprofessional. It is further alleged that on 13 September 2023, Dr Hasan was dishonest to his Training Programme Director.
It is also alleged that, during the period August 2022 to September 2024, Dr Hasan sent inappropriate and/or unprofessional emails to various employees of Grampian, some of which were sent after his employment with Grampian had ended.
