The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 15 August 2025, at Dundee Sheriff Court, Dundee City, Dr Gado was convicted of sexual assault and made subject to the sex offender notification requirements on an interim basis.
It is further alleged that, on 18 September 2025, Dr Gado failed to attend court to be sentenced.
