The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 26 November 2025 at South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court, Dr Youakim was convicted of drink driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
It is further alleged that, on 5 January 2026 at Newcastle Upon Tyne Crown Court, Dr Youakim was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment suspended for two years, 250 hours of unpaid work and was banned from driving for two years/until extended test passed.
