- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in June 1988 at the Central Criminal Court, Dr Oguego was convicted of importing controlled drugs and attempting to pervert the course of justice. It is alleged that Dr Oguego was sentenced to 36 months imprisonment. It is also alleged that Dr Oguego failed to inform the GMC without delay.
It is further alleged that, between 2004 and 2005, in several applications concerning GMC registration, Dr Oguego was dishonest in that he provided a false date of birth and failed to declare his previous convictions.
Finally, it is alleged that between February 2025 and April 2025, Dr Oguego failed to return his work details form to the GMC, despite four requests to do so.
