- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in 2023, during two separate consultations on the same date, one of which was a home visit, Dr Amin behaved in a sexually motivated way towards Patient A who was vulnerable due to a health condition.
It is further alleged that Dr Amin failed to make adequate records of both consultations and was dishonest in respect of one entry which falsely indicated that Patient A had declined a blood pressure assessment due to shoulder pain.
