The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, during the period July 2021 to September 2023, Dr Mittal breached conditions imposed on her registration by a Performers List Panel.
It is further alleged that, in 2022, Dr Mittal was dishonest to her employer about a prescribing condition imposed on her registration and, in 2023, was dishonest in a Disclosure and Barring Service declaration and in a statement made to an Interim Orders Tribunal.
We expect parts of this case to be heard in private.
