- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, following a Medical Practitioners Tribunal hearing which concluded on 20 February 2025, an order of conditions was imposed upon Dr Odewole’s registration which included notification and approval requirements relating to his employment.
It is alleged that on 27 February 2025 and 18 March 2025, during a telephone conversation with a GMC Investigation Officer, Dr Odewole was dishonest about his employment status and role respectively. It is further alleged that in April 2025, Dr Odewole was dishonest to his workplace reporter regarding the nature of shifts that he had undertaken.
