- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between August 2024 and March 2025, Dr Lamei Javan made comments on social media which were variously dishonest, inflammatory, seriously offensive, motivated by racial/religious hostility and likely to cause alarm to patients and the public.
It is also alleged that, on two occasions in 2024, whilst working at Northwick Park Hospital (the Trust), Dr Lamei Javan failed to follow the Trust’s policy in respect of her absences from work, was dishonest about one absence and failed to cooperate with a Trust investigation into the matters above.
