- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on one or more occasion between March 2022 and November 2023, Dr Brennan’s actions towards Dr A and Dr B constituted sexual harassment and were sexually motivated.
It is further alleged that, at a Scottish Society of Gastroenterology event in November 2023, Dr Brennan made a racist comment during a conversation about trainees.
