- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in May 2024, Dr Ravindran completed a Firearms Licencing Medical Information form for Patient A and included information which was untrue. It is alleged that his actions were dishonest.
It is further alleged that, in August 2024, Dr Ravindran issued a Medical Letter – Sickness Leave form to Patient B stating that she was unfit for work when he did not have sufficient information to confirm that this was correct.
