- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in May 2024, Dr Ahmad created an Emergency Department Intimate Examination Note which falsely stated that he had conducted an intimate examination on Patient A in the presence of Nurse B who was acting as a chaperone.
It is further alleged that during the examination, when questioned by Dr D as to why a chaperone was not present, Dr Ahmad stated that Dr C had given him permission to proceed without a chaperone. It is alleged that Dr Ahmad’s actions were dishonest.
