- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between October 2024 and February 2025, Dr Khan completed one or more locum shifts at Walsall Manor Hospital when she knew that she did not hold a licence to practise.
It is further alleged that, in February 2025, Dr Khan submitted an application to the GMC to restore her licence to practise and stated that she was not employed which was untrue. It is alleged that Dr Khan’s actions were dishonest.
