The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on a date between June 2018 and September 2021, Dr El-Neil retrospectively added an inaccurate entry to Patient A’s medical records, dated 4 June 2018, when she had not reviewed Patient A on that date.
It is alleged that Dr El-Neil’s actions were dishonest.
