Pre hearing information
- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in or around October 2022, whilst working at Blackpool Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Dr Najeeb was moved to a Registrar role, following concerns about her ability to function at Consultant level. It is further alleged that between November 2022 and December 2022, Dr Najeeb made an application and was interviewed for a Locum Consultant role at Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust and was dishonest in relation to the concerns raised and the change in her role at Blackpool.
It is further alleged that, in August 2024, Dr Najeeb underwent a GMC Performance Assessment which identified areas of her practice which were unacceptable and/or a cause for concern.
