The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 11 February 2026, at Bournemouth Crown Court, Dr Girling was convicted of three counts of sexual assault, multiple counts of voyeurism and three counts of making indecent images of children.
It is further alleged that, on 5 March 2026, Dr Girling was sentenced to six years imprisonment and, as a result of his conviction, became subject to indefinite notification requirements and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
