The tribunal will continue to inquire into the allegation that, on 25 June 2024, Dr Gunn was convicted of committing a breach of the peace in that, on 31 January 2024 in a coffee shop, Dr Gunn conducted himself in a disorderly manner by covertly and inappropriately photographing and taking videos.
It is further alleged that, on 23 July 2024 at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, Dr Gunn was fined £700.
