- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in 2020, Dr Abdel Rahman failed to provide good clinical care during and after an emergency surgery that he performed on Patient A.
It is also alleged that, in 2022, Dr Abdel Rahman commenced employment as a locum doctor and failed to comply with conditions imposed on his registration by an Interim Orders Tribunal in 2021. It is further alleged that when Dr Abdel Rahman subsequently notified the GMC that he had commenced a new post he was dishonest about his start date.
