The tribunal found that, over an extended period of time, Dr Ahmed’s behaviour towards Ms A was sexually motivated, an abuse of his more senior position and constituted sexual harassment.
The tribunal will reconvene to determine whether Dr Ahmed’s fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.
