- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that Mr Ochai behaved inappropriately towards Nurse A over a prolonged period. It is also alleged that on one occasion Mr Ochai behaved inappropriately to Nurse B and Nurse C. It is alleged that Mr Ochai’s actions were sexually motivated, an abuse of his more senior position and constituted sexual harassment.
It is further alleged that, in 2016, Mr Achai was directed by his employer to undertake a Professional Boundaries course which he failed to complete until 2020 without good reason. In addition, it is alleged that in 2025 Mr Achai was dishonest in an application to register with an employment agency and during an interview with the agency.
