The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 4 October 2024, Dr Adhikari completed an online examination as part of The College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare membership examinations.
It is alleged that Dr Adhikari failed to adhere to various protocols for the online examination, including the requirement to have a visible webcam and/or mobile feed throughout the examination. It is further alleged that Dr Adhikari accessed a search engine to verify answers for 17 questions during the examination.
