The tribunal found that, on 4 October 2024, Mr Adhikari completed an online examination as part of The College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare membership examinations, during which he accessed an external search engine to verify answers for 17 questions. The tribunal found that Mr Adhikari knowingly breached the examination protocols and that his actions were dishonest.
The tribunal will reconvene to determine whether Mr Adhikari’s fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.
