- Allegation
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in or around April 2020, Dr Choudhury undertook an online Year 4 MBChB exam resit through Warwick Medical School and used a concealed wireless headphone, enabling him to be supplied answers to the exam questions by Dr Hassan Khalil. It is alleged that Dr Choudhury’s actions amounted to cheating in his examination and were dishonest.
It is further alleged that between January 2022 and April 2023, Dr Choudhury issued medical certificates and used a stamp with the details of Dr A to complete the signature of assessor, despite Dr A not being the main assessor of the patients or physically present, and Dr Choudhury having seen the patients alone. It is alleged that Dr Choudhury’s actions were dishonest.
