Pre hearing information
- Allegation
The tribunal found that, between 19 October 2019 and 5 July 2021, Dr Evans repeatedly made contact with Ms A, despite Ms A asking her not to, and attempted to contact Ms A by making contact with Ms A’s friends and/or family. The tribunal also found Dr Evans created false social media profiles using Ms A’s photographs.
In addition, the tribunal found that Dr Evans continued to make contact with Ms A, and her friends/or family, despite being given a verbal warning from Cheshire Police on 6 July 2021 and the Metropolitan Police on 18 July 2023 and that her conduct amounted to harassment and/or stalking.
The tribunal will reconvene to determine whether Dr Evans’ fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.
