Associates tribunal hearings

These tribunals decide if a physician associate (PA) or anaesthesia associate's (AA) fitness to practise is impaired and what action, if any, is needed. This guidance explains how decisions will be made by tribunals at an associates tribunal hearing. It should be read alongside the Guidance introduction and Guidance on procedural matters.
