After giving evidence
You can stay at the hearing
You can leave after you’ve given your evidence or you can stay and watch the rest of the hearing. If you speak to a member of staff, they’ll show you where to sit.
If you've given evidence remotely or at a virtual hearing, complete this form to continue observing the hearing. If the hearing is taking place at our hearing centre and you gave evidence remotely, it may not be possible for you to continue to observe.
We’ll publish the outcome
We usually publish the tribunal’s decisions on our website within 28 days of the hearing ending.
You can also ask the legal representative or party you’re giving evidence for (the GMC or the doctor, physician associate or anaesthesia associate) to tell you the outcome of the hearing or to send you the tribunal’s decision.
