Equality and diversity are integral to our work as an adjudicator and an employer.. 

We aim to be fair and objective in delivering our procedures. We'll make sure our processes are free from unlawful discrimination and transparent to all our interest groups. We will take into account the principles of fairness, equality and diversity across our work.
