  • Information about us and the services we provide, including our Welsh language offer and how it can be accessed, is all available bilingually on our website. 
  • We will update Welsh web pages at the same time as we update the equivalent English page. 
  • Our next annual report will be available in Welsh and we will ensure that this is as accessible as possible, including by promoting the Welsh version within English publications. 
  • When we post social media content relating exclusively to Wales from our official MPTS social media account, we will post bilingually. 
  • When we receive queries via direct messaging on social media channels in Welsh, if a response is required, we will respond in Welsh, with no additional delay.
