Part A: procedural matters arising at the pre-hearing stage

Prior to a hearing starting there will be preparation required to ensure the hearing is managed effectively. Part A provides information about:

  • the notice to be provided to the PA or AA for the hearing,
  • how applications made prior to a hearing will be managed and,
  • how to raise any particular needs that hearing participants may have.
