Part B: procedural matters arising during hearings

During a hearing there is an expectation that the hearing will be managed effectively. Part B provides information about:

• what will happen if the PA or AA is not present at the hearing,
• how public attendance at the hearing will be managed,
• how the tribunal will manage the hearing when parties fail to comply with the Rules and/or case management directions and,
• how witnesses will be supported during the hearing.
