Record of the hearing
- The tribunal’s determination will be the official record of any decisions reached. Any discussions or notes that are captured during the tribunal’s private deliberations do not form part of the decision and are destroyed at the conclusion of the hearing.
- Tribunals do not make decisions about what information is published about a hearing after it has concluded. Further information about this can be found in the Publication and Disclosure Information Sheet.
- Tribunal hearings will be recorded and any party to the proceedings must be provided with a copy of the written transcript of any part of the proceedings at which they were entitled to be present.
- Recordings of tribunal hearings are managed in line with the Publication and Disclosure Policy.
